Crítica
The review says:
"The new group that today comes into being with this Shakespearean adaptation invites you to contemplate an amazing actress in her star appearance Marli Santana, the Brazilian Marli Santana in the role of Cleopatra.
The interpretation reaches moments of great aesthetic strength, for the headdress of the queen of the Nile, and the lighting, it is very interesting to show a setting stripped of scenery.
Ave makes a splendid, heartfelt and vivid characterization of a man who is not any of these things. And his partner reaches splendid degrees of self-absorption, living his mask with a mixture of sweetness and bitterness, and a much-needed expressiveness on our stages.
If the accent from beyond the Orinoco, misleads some parliaments, the brightness of his presence, his brocades, gold and purple, the magnanimity of his theatrical death have emotionally made this theater. Challenge of a great start."
