Aparicio is a young man who, so they say, lives "Por las Nubes". What else is he going to do? He has inherited his grandfather's old workshop and can't think of anything else to do but transform it into a factory for making "clouds." He is in charge and responsible for the distribution, repairs and maintenance of the fantasy clouds that he distributes weekly to all the inhabitants of the village and its surroundings to make them a little happier after an ecological catastrophe turned their village into an ugly, gray landscape, predestined to live beneath the dryness. Aparicio devotes his life and soul to his profession and solves the formula of the cloud that can return illusion and hope to his people, and that one day they will be happy and dance in the rain. But Avería, a great ecological activist, is not very convinced of his intentions and will not hesitate to boycott his plans.
