Malaika
DESCRIPTION
Malaika is the princess of an elephant herd. On a journey across the African savannah, she learns that memory is the key to survival and encounters the sacred baobab trees. Difficult days come when Malaika must face the idea that her father will soon be gone and will live on only in her memory. This is a book that opens the door to the subject of death as a reflection on life.
